Bill payment online??? How should I go about doing this?

I am a web designer and my customer wants me to setup the site so their customers can pay their bills online. What service should I use to do this and how should I go about it?

Well I got through those steps thanks but I also need a script that allows me to have people to login to the site and sign up for membership. Just like how you guys have a membership service running here and the system sends an email for confirmation and you have to login to use the services. That's what I want as well any ideas?

This depends in your server, if it has PHP and Mysql you can find many scripts allows you to have people to login to the site and sign up for membership. See
