Not sure why but I cant get the PRI, N.A.M. 4.1 and Companion C200 to work ...it's a 3X8 DR1 NON DS.

Curly, You've lost it. They are working you too hard. Slow down son.

MarvO said it

1st - take the cover off the 3X8

2nd - insert your DTI card - you may have to cut it in half and drill a few screws into it to hold it in place

3rd - For the NAM 4.1 use some duct tape to attach the fibre to the 3X8

4th - Sit down on top of the Companion C200 and have yourself a coffee break after all the work you have done.

2 hours later...

5th - Go into Feature **CONFUSED then hit NEXT until you see the heading MAKE NORSTAR WORK - N and change it to Y

That's all there is to it.

You're welcome in advance.

I'm sorry,,,,,,
I've haven't laughed this hard in a long time!!
I hope this was meant to have this affect!!
Thanks for the pick me up!!!

Low Rad,
You forgot to tel Curly how to use the debug procedure.
He will of course need the new FastRaid. Primarily used on a Nortel Known Bug, FastRaid will retro launch with CP100 Rls II as a preventitive measure.

ARR I thought the DEBUG procedure was dropping it from somewhere around 25 ft. That must be what I was doing wrong

Hawks,
Boy o boy. You sure did mate. You described a dropped call there. But to really get inside programming, drift the thing down from 100 ft and REALLY get into the guts of the KSU eh?

PhM

You need to take the cover right off and replsce it with a fibre expansion card... its a tight fit so you might need a hammer to get the card in. Then you'll be able to expand the 3x8

Merry HoHo

Marvy

That's definitely a good grinner for sure!

Don't forget to set the PEBCAP option to Y....
