Big dreamweaver problem.

I uploaded my website but nobody can see my pics on it. It gives red crosses.
In fireworks I do "copy html", and the prog asks me a base file name. I call it "slices. Then it asks me where to save the slices. I say "pics" folder(in my website folder). I paste the html code in dreamweaver, upload, and... nothing. No pics.
Do u know why?

O.K I uploaded an older version of my site and it's working now...
I'll study the hierarchy of these folders to understand whatI was doing wrong. my problem is over!

It sounds like a linking problem.
Why are you copying and pasting ?
once your file is made in fireworks you export it in the folder of your choice and in dreamweaver there's a button in the objects panel for importing fireworks.

Theres a quicker way of doing this. When you creat ur photos in fireworks export the file to the destination dir so it comes as jpg its quicker to load and obviously small.

export is in File>export

try this and see.
