I have a router run eBGP,It links to two different ASs,the two lines have different rates.I sent broadcast to the two ASs through the two lines, and they send answer packets to me.Now I want all or most of the answer packets send back from the quick line, how should I config my in router?

You can use the set AS-Path prepend <as-path#> <as-path#> on your neighborship with the slower ISP. This would trick the slower ISP's router into thinking that the path to your network is longer via the slow link. Eventually, the routes learned from the faster link would be prefered.
