I have a user here with a KEM on an 1140e. I have 18 lines programmed as BFS. If any one of those 18 lines ring can the user with the KEM answer the call?

BFS Key on KEM

This function may be possible if you enable the BSFE feature on the Boss' phone. I belive the feature is called Boss/Secretary Enhanced function. When he activetes his BFS key the Secreatary can answer and screen the call on her BFS key. Described in the Featrues guide NN43001-106. I belive the feature is called Boss/Secretary Enhanced function.
