Can you post a PRT of the TN you have the BFS key on please?

It sounds like normal operation. Press the BFS key twice and I bet it goes out.

BFS Key 18 on reception telephone continues to flash (pressing key twice still does not fix it). Any Ideas? when we press the key it calls 5489.

just for grins, remove it from the receptionist phone to see if it quits flashing.

if it does, put another line on that bfs and see if it starts flashing. If it doesn't remove that and put the original TN back on the BFS key to see if it flashes.

:) You and I think the same...I did that very senario and flashing went away when I programmed a different TN, and it came back when I put the original TN back into key 18.

Ok, so the problem is something with 10-9. if you tried with another TN and it didn't flash, the only thing I can ask is did you use another 500 set?

so the next thing would be to out 10-9 and rebuild it to see if something is wrong with the set (10-9).
