Excel 2003

Hi All,

I am trying to find out if Excel has a 'between' function, but can't find anything on it.

I have 3 numeric columns eg:

A B C
1 5 4
6 10 7
11 20 19
21 30 35

I would like to run an if statement to find out if col c value falls between column A value and B value.

Any assistance appreciated.

Michael

There's probably a better formula, but this should do the trick:

=IF(B1>C1,IF(C1>A1,"True", "False"),"False")

Molby and mintjulep,

Thank yo very much, they both do the trick, much appreciated.

A star each.

Michael
