Between Check box and select box

hi guys...
I'm thinking of displaying a list of data in which the user will be able to select more than 1 value b4 submiting the form . Between check box that will be display beside the value and a select box, which one is able to do that? Is there any other way to do this task?

What're you trying to do? Do you mean that Select box and check box fail to meet your requirement?

Look at the "size" and "multiple" attributes of HTML's SELECT tag in the following example. This lets you choose more than a single choice. The cool thing is that this is actually a drop-down menu, just modified to allow more than one choice to be displayed...and submitted!
