What is the best method of getting "bugs" to Business Objects? I keep submitting "bugs" to their website, but none of them ever get fixed. I've been submitting the same "bugs" since version 9, and nothing ever gets fixed. All I want to do is make Crystal Reports better, but I keep finding it harder and harder to get listen to.
