Betrieve Error status 3012

Can someone help me determine what to check when I have an error like this.

we are using Pervasive PSQL v9 SP2 for a database in our eDeveloper Magic 9.4 software.

I have had to reinstall Pervasive and Crystal 9 on my Dell laptop.

When trying to set the database in my Crystal report I recieve this error status 3012 when it tries to connect to the Betrieve files for Pervasive.

Does this mean it does not see the database?

If so anyone know how to go about repairing the issue?

I have reinstalled before for these 2 programs and never had issue before.

Hi,
I found this, see if it helps:

Btrieve Error 3012 / 3014 starting

For the Pervasive Client/Server version, it is possible that the Pervasive service (W3SQLmgr.exe) service is not running on the server on which starship's data resides. Starting or re-starting the Pervasive Transactional and Pervasive Relational Services should resolve the issue.
