Does anyone know if I have to purchase Windows 2000 released version to upgrade my Beta 3 (Build 2031) version?
Any knowledge would be appreciated.
Thanks

What other option are you thinking of trying? Legally once Win2k was release last week, you had to stop using the Beta software (its in the beta license agreement).
I guess I'm not following what other option you are proposing... There were some changes between Beta 3 and the Released version, so it would be in your best interest to upgrade to the released version if for no other reason that its stupid to continue running on a development copy of a software package - you are just asking for trouble.
So to answer your question as I understand it, yes you need to buy the released version of Win2k to upgrade your Beta software (although I would personally install the released version from scratch and not upgrade a beta install - once again you are just asking for trouble...)
I was just wondering if there was an update that I didn't know about. I wasen't looking for a crack.
Thanks for the info.
