Best Webhost/Domain Registar for FP Webs

I am going to do some website work for a local soccer org. I'm looking for a good domain registar and host. I've seen some domain registar's go for as little as 6.95 per domain.

What are some of the prices you are seeing out there for FP Ext's, Possibly SQL hosting? As you can tell this is a non-profit group so cutting costs are at a premium.

If you are going to keep using FrontPage I suggest sticking to a host who offers WIN2000 servers with FP extensions added. I have had some difficulty connecting to a database with Unix/Linux servers.

Make sure you do some careful comparison of all the features. Some of the cheaper ones may have lousy bandwidth or not enough space. I know of people who are having to buy extra space and others who have the site shut because of bandwidth problems. I saw one provider that charged an extravagant amount per month and wouldn't tell you how much file space you got.
