Hello there

I am not to au-fait with this so forgive me if it is really basic.

I have taken over a small business and I want all the customers who would have accessed the original business site to be re-directed to mine.

Both websites are hosted by different ISP currently.

I dont really want to have to pay both and I was wondering the best way to achieve this.

Any pointers gratefully received.

Jack

You should check with the domain name registrar of the domain you wish to re-direct. Most such registrars allow you to redirect your domain to a different domain name. When you do this and when the DNS servers around the world get updated, then users who resolve the old domain name will be re-directed to access the new domain name irrespective of who the website hosting company are.
