Best way to import excel data into Access Table

Office 2k pro, XP PRO OS,

I'd like to know the best way to bring about 70 records formatted exactly the same as my access table into that table. Is there anyway to do this w/out linking? I tried Copy and paste but that doesn't seem to work. I need a sure fire way to do this.

You could use a union query. You can then run other queries off this query or make reports from this query. Also any new information put into tables will automatically be uploaded into the query.
