Best way to erase all config on CM and Voice recorder(Verint)

Hi Everyone

Whats the best way to clear all confog back to default, I have a call manager and voicemail that needs scrubbing

Change the CM to ESS and back again via the web UI will wipe the translations.

assume you mean voice recording rather than voicemail if you are saying "verint"

is it the older ACR or WFO based recorder?

thanks for that input, it is the WFO voice recorder, however u just reminded me about the voicemail too, not sure what one it is(Server based)approx 4 years old
