Best way to do a move

We are a hospital and have an area that is moving into a temporary building for 1-2 years. Since this building is is not on our network or phone network, we are going to have a new phone line installed. Is there a way that when someone calls (internally as well as externally) that we can setup to auto transfer to the new number. Example you call 812663211 or 211 and have it transfered to 8126635555

You should be able to set that up in ld 49 with a DNIS table.

Maybe you can introduce an ACD queue of 211 as another option

Within set MAXP 1 with NCFW to that external number

Is there a way that I can just setup the forward key to forward to 9xxxxxxx

If you want to do it on the set level, CLS CFXA
and make sure your CFW key is set to 12 or 16.
