I need to have 3 DIDs that are currently on 3 different phones moved to a single phone.

I will be setting them up on a M2616 so that I have enough buttons to have the MWK on a key for each of there voicemail boxes.

My question: Do I need to do anything special to have the DID roll to the correct mailbox if all 3 DIDs are MARPed on the same phone? The DID numbers will only appear on this phone.

Thanks

You could do IncomingDigitConversion 'LD 49' on the DID Route to wherever you want them to go, but if you have them MARPed and assign 'XMWK' Keys for each mailbox you should be OK

Cheers!!

You can only roll to voicemail off of Key zero unless its programmed as an ACD phone then first line appearance of an ext get the honor. If you want to have all 3 ext on the same phone with them goign to seperate voicemail boxes then you will need to have the other ext's programmed on your system on a 500 set that rolls to voicemail, or all calls will roll to voicemail with what ever is programed on Key zero.

Thanks dj4020, that is what I was afraid of.

Can I program the ext on Phantom 500 lines or does it have to be a true 500 TN.

all a phantom is for is forward, so you will not get any ringing off it, and it wld hv to be dcfw to your VM sdn, so use 500

I have a test phone (3904) set up with a DID off each of our ranges. These are the only appearances of these numbers in our system (ie they are not on any other phone). I can call any of them and it forwards to the correct voice mail box. They appear on keys 0,3,4 and 5 respectively, the phone is not an ACD phone.

I just did the same test on a M2616 and got several numbers on the phone going to vmail too.

Hmmmm trvlr1 news to me. What release of of PBX and such. I've always found that what I posted to be true > > >

You can forward a DN on any key to VM. Set your LHK to the key number of the highest key with a DN. To make this effective you should have a non DN key between each DN.

For Example:

Key 0 SCR 1000
Key 1 MSB
Key 2 SCR 1001
Key 3 XMWK XXXX 1001
Key 4 SCR 1002
Key 5 XMWK XXXX 1002

In this case the LHK would = LHK 4

If you put the DN's together then incoming calls hunt up from DN to DN then follow the HUNT and FDN values. If you put a non DN in between incoming calls hunt and forward following the HUNT and FDN prompts and not up the strip.

We have 61C and 81C locally and I tried it on both. They are Rel 3.0

I just tried on a site at rel 6.0. Added an unused DN on key 5 of a 2050PC and when called LD it went to vmail too.

I would recomend Virtual Office - look in feature book under - M3900 (Single Site) Virtual Office

you would have 1 host phone and 3 virtual phones. When the users want to sit at host phone they would call down there virtual set to the host set. all other sets will follow dcfw to voice mail until they are called to host set.

Below is a copy of a host and virtual set.
