best method to delete corrupted roaming profiles?

I am seeking a solution to allow our helpdesk to remove corrupted roaming profiles with only allowing nominal security access. Does anyone have a solution? Presently we have to browse to the share and delete the folder. Is there a better way?

User Hive Profile Cleanup Service is the most common way to clean up roaming profiles.

Failing this you can write a script using vbscript that moves leftover profiles to another folder and delete at a later stage.
