Hi. First post. We have a potential new client who is sampling some of our wares. BTW, I work in a voice over studio. We first sent him a 44.1khz-16bit .WAV file, and they said that there was a lot of static or hissing on all "esses." I have since sent him to our sample rate comparison page, but I thought I'd come here and ask what would be the best possible audio file to import into Call Pilot.? Thanks in advance!

if you are talking about a Norstar call pilot, which has a dedicated forum by the way, you cannot import the files. They can only be played into the call pilot through a phone/ mic.

Thanks Bkrike. Not really sure who the MFG is. I'll now more later. All though that would make sense the poor sound he's getting if he is loading them through a phone. Who makes the other Call Pilot?

Thanks,

John
