BES on Windows XP Pro/2000

Has anyone try installing BES on Windows 2000, or Windows XP Pro?

I see RIM is making the software (BES) free for one user now, and I don't want to spend the money on a Windows Server machine. I'm thinking for one person there is enough horse power, but not sure if it will install????

Yes it can run on a workstation, I ran it briefly on a workstation before we could get a server setup. Just preform setup and it should run just fine.
