Has anyone ever got this to work? I have been trying both remote and local restores and so far the remotes have all failed to attach to disk after mamaging to start the job on the media server, and the local restores have worked 3 times out of about 20 attempts. I suspect that most or all of my problems are down to SCSI drivers, but would appreciate any assistance, comments or tips anyone can offer.

This sounds like it might be an issue with the account you are using to do the restore.
However, I can't speak with any authority on this because when I try to do a remote IDR I can never get the stupid thing to attach to the media server. ;(
