I want to use two Belkin F5D7231-4 routers to wirelessly connect two sub-networks but I don't see a bridge mode on their web configuration tool. Has somebody been able to do this?

I have read that both the F5D7230-4 router and the F5D7130 access point have this bridging option. Can I download one of this device's firmware from the internet to "update" my '7231s to be able to setup my wirelss bridge?

Did your Belkin come with a Cd try the software that came with it instead of web config tool... need to align ure nic to the router as well and talk to it through hub/switch or use a cross over cable!!

hope this helps you

Stand up wherever you are, go to the nearest window and yell as loud as you can, 'I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore.'

On the "Router" you are going to use as an AP....
1. Turn Off DHCP
2. Connect a Lan Port on the AP to a LAN port on the "ROUTER". (Do not connect using the WAN port)
3. Assign an IP Address to the AP

That should be it.

Good Luck
