Greetings,
I am new to FMP, but some of the users in my company are getting kicked out of FMP 7 when they are idle for a few minutes and also sometimes when they are doing work. I have already checked the idle settings in FMP server so I know thats not the case. Does anyone have any good ideas?

When you say 'some of the users':

check the privileges for those users and see if they are logged out during iddle time.

No they are not logged out becuase it happens to people while they are doing work also. One of the people this happenes to is on the administrator permission

I mean local, at client level in the privileges if "Disconnect from FileMaker Server when idle" is checked.

See if all the client licenses are different...

It's hard to find that out at distance and with vague info...

Do they get a message, does FM close local, which message in the log file...how many users at the same time, does it happen when there is havy use, how many allowed users simultaniously, how many files to host, what is the amount of cache, how many additional memory...
