Greetings,
Happy New Years for everyone.
I use Crystal XI and Visual basic.

I have two groups in my report GR1 and GR2
Structure of report is:
Report header
Page Header
Group Header 1
Group Header 2
Details 1 (here is data grouping by GR1)
Details 2 (here is data grouping by GR2)
Details 3 (here is data grouping by GR2)
Details 4 (here is data grouping by GR2)
(Details 2,3 and 4 displays only one group depends of condition of data.)
Group Header 2
Group Header 1
Page Footer
Report Footer.

I want GR2 to be together all the time, and that is working, by setting keep together for Group Header 2
GR2 I want all the time begins on new page.
I try to set “keep together” as well as New page After for Group Header 1 and Keep together in option of group expert.
Whatever GR2 works perfect and begins from new page if there is not enough space on to the page, but GR1 is displaying on to the same page.
How can I make GR1 to begin from new page?
Thank you.

You state "as well as New page After for Group Header 1". Did you mean that? Why?

- Ido

Visual CUT & DataLink Viewer:
view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.

Ido,
Sorry, that what I try to set New Page After, since nothing else work, but in reality I do need each Group 1 begin on new page.
Alex

Then use New Page before in GH1.

In GH2 new page before expression use an expression such as:
Code:
(Not OnfirstRecord) AND Previous({field you are groupin on}) =  {field you are groupin on}
- Ido

Visual CUT & DataLink Viewer:
view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.

Ido
That does not help.
Any more settings you may suggest, like keep together...?
Did you mean In GH1 instead In GH2?
Alex

Ido,
You were absolutely right.
Thank you for excellent and clear response.
