beep in front of voicemail pro recordings edit play list

When I use the edit play list, when I record a message, I always hear the beep in my recording.

what about it you record direct from a menu item?

I had the exact same issue! When i record directly from VMPro Client, everything is good. I am also able to record perfectly with a Cell Phone.

But, when i record using an Avaya Phone, i got the BEEP included just in front of the greeting. Please advise us.

If you have tested this and replicated it as you say, we can't help, it must be a bug

You could try updating your VM pro to 9.1.6 as well. I tend to use the same version of IPO as VM pro.

Yes, they are both with the same version 9.1.6

It must be a bug, I have that issue at multiple locations since 9.0.
