I have a PRI/2CE1u card in a 2620. I have been having a lot of trouble getting it to work with an aggregate bearer (10 x leased lines on one interface). BT inssist the line is ok and I am pretty sure my config is ok. My understanding of the 'Local Alarm' LED on the controller means that no line is connected. Any thoughts? I am using a 'cab-e1-db15' cable to connect to the x21 NTU. But I have my suspicions that BT have terminated on the BNC (but claim it is on the x21). Please help if you know anything this job has gone on long enough.

if u r using one side bnc connector then u have problem with connectivity.because pri interface is always RJ45 connector ..so u have to have RJ45 connector bith side ...one questin for u ..which NT r u using?is it provide u by ur local ptt.

Thanks for your respones. I found out the problem. We were using an un-balanced card, on an x21 interface at the NTU. The un-balanced card will only support BNC. BT did terminate on the x21 and are now moving it to the BNC. If BT's network was a balanced network we would have used a balanced card and in this case an x21 interface, the balanced card supports x21, rj-45 and bnc.

Cheers
