It never fails - all you have to do is move the server (physically) and systems stop working. After a power off and on, Backup Exec v8.6 will no longer schedule jobs. Jobs in the schedule will not start. If I manually start a job, it shows up in the status as "scheduled". Have rebooted again. Those schedule (manually) now show status "missed". Is there a scheduler process that has stopped? Any ideas? thanks

Go to the media tab - right click the server name - choose paused.
