BE 8.6 failing to connect to server

Error message when starting up BE:

Connect to Server:
Failed connecting to service

Looking at BE services - not are started. Attemps to start them fail with typical error message:

Could not start Backup Exec 8.x Job Engine service on local computer.
Error 1068 The dependency service or group failed to start.

If anyone can help it would be very much appreciated

Hello

I think the easely way is to reinstall it. It's not long and will correct your errors
