BE 7.3 does not start no specified data exist 1

Hi all,

As the subject says it self this is my problem . I can not start BE 7.3 it says data does not exsit or dependency sevice or group fails to start. Erroe 1068 and event id 7001 and 7023.

I would try reinstalling the SP and update the MDAC from Microsoft.
That usually cures most dependency errors.

Before you start the services you need to use the same account and password that was created when you installed for the first time you backup exec.
before you start the services go to start up and type the same account and password to all of the backup services.
Then you can start the backup services.
