Last week one of the administrators rebooted the server,
today trying to browse the BDC i get the error message:
"insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service"
The domain server is NT4 sp6
If really no errors or warnings in BDC log and its been rebooted I'd look in Task Manager to see how much memory in use and whether any process is using a lot of CPU. Then Server manager to see connections, open files, attached machines etc.
