I was wondering if anyone is using a piece of software similar to BCMS Vu to get reports and for wall board displays.

The company I work for uses a software product from TASKE Technology (

http://www.taske.com)

called Contact. This system has way better report capabilities than BCMS Vu. It also has a real-time agent monitor function that the calling group manager when crazy over. I looked at the product literature in the TASKE file and it says that there is a built in interface to spectrum brand wall boards. The literature also mentions an optional plug-in app that puts important stats on the agents PC screen. Hope this helps.
