Can anyone tell me where to get info on seting up reports in bcms? It shows it is enabled, but when i try to run a report it says no data in system...Thanks in advance

You need to turn on the measurements in the VDN's and Hunt Groups to start the process rolling.

Set the measurements to Internal and within the next hour interval you should start to receive information.

Test on the switch first by "List bcms..." command.

If data is there on the switch then the BCMSvu should grab it on its next download and you can then report on it.

P.S. There is also some parameters you can change on the second last page of the system features form to shorten the Interval time down from 1 hour to 1/2 hour.

there is also a scheduler to have them automatically print these reports on a scheduled basis.
