BCMS Vu Real Time Text Problem

Hello everyone

Can someone explain to me, why when I'm watching a Real Time Text Split/Skill Summary Report, some phones (6416D+) show OTHER when they use their After-Call button and the other 6416D+ phones show ACW when they use their After-Call button? I have a S8500/R2.2 and BCMS Vu R2 V3.2 (Build 228)

Dear Kid:

You are looking at a report for a specific skill. However, some of your agents are also multi-skilled. Agents working for this skill will have acw. Agents working for 1 of their other skills will receive other-time (the acw-time is reported on the skill they are working for)
