BCMS-VU IP agent log in - not showing

Agents working from home with handsets are logged in and show as okay - one agent which doesnt have physical phone and works with ip agent from home - This one can log in okay and can operate with no problems but doesn't show her logged in or her details on the bcms as being logged in.
Can this be explained why, is there a work around?
 
If they were recently added, go to properties for the bcms report and re-select the split they are a member of. I have sometimes had it not "pick up" newly added ip agents until you make it look. Also double check that they are set up to log into the correct split, and that the group they are in is measured-internal.
