Have incoming calls routed to (operator) hunt group to vdn to vector. the hunt group has no memebers. With bcms-vu the hunt group has no "ACD" calls reported. Just shows abandoned calls, flow in /out stats. Is it cause there are no members in the group? THANKS

BCMS VU- Hunt group has no memebers-so no stats?

The Vu Stats is a monitoring tool to keep an eye out on the agents. It shows how many logged in, ASA, Average wait, talk times. With "0" members, it has nothing to show. An Acd call is answered by a "staffed" agent. This makes a ACD call.
