Can anyone help me.
I've just installed a new BCMS system workin with Avaya S8400/G650.
Generally it works fine, however client claims that sometimes they got the error during making the historical report:
8104: Error in report deifintion file: \\otto\VuShare\ReportDefinitions\splth.rpt
They got it using the BCMS Vu Client which is installed on the same machine as BCMS Vu Server.
Usually they have to restart BCMS Vu Client and then it work OK again - till the next error.
Sometimes it happens once a day, somtimes, once a week.
Any ideas?
