BCMS reports problem..urgent

dear all,
Very good morning to you all..!!
I am facing a problem with BCMS reporting tool..
Definity--CM2.0 221 load
BCMS R2
If I give historical agent report it dont see any agent/ids to select from where as 'li bcms agent xyz' runs OK on ASA.
split skill reports are OK on BCMS.
I tried by reinstalling the BCMS server and client but same problem.
Can any body help..I shall be greatfull..This is a bit urgent..

try checking in C:\Program Files\Lucent\BCMS Vu\Server\***** (where ***** is your BCMS server name)

and look for a database called "histdb"

Open this and see if you have any data in there.

It's all I can suggest, hope it helps
 
I checked that but i dont see any data in 'hagent' or ' agent identification'..
 
In that case I'm not really sure where to start looking

do you get real-time reports OK on BCMS?

Maybe a "repair database" from BCMS server could help, but I'd seek further advise before doing that, it's only a shot in the dark suggestion
