I can not get my bcms report to print to the default print
using ASA can someone help me

First you can try to ensure you can print from that PC using another program like Word or Excel. If that works then go into ASA and under File, Print Setup, make sure you have a printer selected, if it's a network printer, make sure that your PC is connected to the network and that your printer is working properly. What I do with BCMS reports is store them in a file (since you have to run them every 24 hours) I just schedule the reports to dump into a file every night at midnight so I can just go into the file to view them and then print from there if I need to. The thing about storing the reports, you have to remember to go into the file and move them into a folder and you can label them with the date or else the reports will over-right each night. I had a programmer write me a VB program that automatically creates a new folder when the reports are done and I setup a task on my PC to automatically run that each night as well. I hope this information helps.

Does anybody has answer how to save "Append to existing file?" checkbox checked in "Report Properties" form. If I close ASA then checkbox become unchecked.

Press F12 to save your configurations in ASA or Press File, then Save Configuration

Thank you Tony, but that does not work for me. I have ASA R1.10.11. Did somebody else notice this issue?

I have the same version as you and you are correct, it does not save for me either.

I just called Avaya and they said that they do not consider that to be a bug in the product and there is a new version of ASA available R1.13 which gives a choice to append just once or append each time that will save.

He said that we would need to purchase the new version of ASA to utilize this new feature and to check with our account manager for the details and cost.
