How do I tell how many user licenses I have on a BCMS..?

Sorry, I should of asked, how can I tell how many supervisors can be logged into the BCMS viewing stats/agents.

That number is determined by the dongle you have for BCMR-D software. Last time I've seen one was several years ago but I recall it was printed right on the dongle.

Thanks Dwalin, we recently discovered this. They were suppose to have 10 users but for some reason the 10 user license dongle never got installed when it was upgraded. The dongle was found in a file cabinet in the switchroom.
