bcm50r3 callpilot off-premise notification 1

Hello Got a mailbox with off-premise notification that works fine when set to call any phone except the mailbox user's new iphone4. It rings the new iphone ok but when the user answers and presses 1 to login then enters their password and # they are prompted again to login by pressing 1. At this time no more dtmf is recognized by the callpilot and the canned prompt just keeps playing no matter what digits are pressed.
The only time this malfunction occurs is when the mailbox is set to call this one specific telephone. I've called the user and had them press digits on the dialpad to make sure that this new phone is generating touch tones when called and it is. It's clearly a cellphone problem but I wanted to check with the gurus at Tek-Tips to see if any has experienced this.

It would not entirely surprise me. I recommend you ensure the latest system update is applied to the BCM (i.e. the latest voicemail & core components). Failing this try duplicating this yourself in your lab using the latest bcm450r6 or bcm50r6 if you have one. If you can duplicate it, I recommend you raise a case into Avaya. Of course the mobile provider could be at fault here.
