BCM50e Router Broken

I have a BCM50e and my integrated contivity router seems to have been misplaced. To be more specific, when I login to the element manager, hit the "launch router gui", I arrive at an an empty apache webserver directory reading "index of /" at

https://10.10.11.1/router/

. There are no files in there. Recently, I did add the filehandles patch. Not sure if that hosed it up or not.

After the first time I discovered this issue earlier today, I hit the reset button in the admin section (the one at the bottom referring to the router). No dice with that either. I have a ticket open with Nortel. Anyone else seen this?

You could try a hard reset. But you will be reprogramming.

That must be different than the one I did already. Is that one of the other three types of resets that are in there in the "administration" tab?

It is a small pin hole at the bottom. I think i have never had to do it.
