Hello Sir,

We hve one avaya bcm50 main unit with 1 expansion unit.Now i connected 4 analog line to main unit fromn default line 061 -064.and another 4 lines to expansion unit from 065-068.But from this 4 lines only two lines working that means 067-068 not working.But in telephony resources from element manager expansion 1.1 GATM4 4 ports enabled.So what will be the problem.Please help me..

In keycode option it showing

int analog trunk 4 enabled
int analog stations 4 enabled
 
My guess is that the two non working analogue trunks 067 and 068 aren't connected properly onto the GASM unit. What colour wires on the cable are you using?.

Dear sir,

For 067 green white and green .For 068 brown white and brown.Andalso staus light on BCM main unit is solid red.


When i am searching in internet i got one wiring chart for BCM trunk module wiring in that picture its showing 3-4 no connection for 067-068
Why it is showing like that?.I am attaching the image also here.

Your wiring seems correct.

Maybe you should check the the Alarm (red light) to see what the issue is in case related.
Is the MBM in all the way? maybe re-seating it will help.

Also are you sure there is dialtone on the other two pairs? try them on 065 and 066 if you do not have a test set.

Ok looks like I was looking at the wrong chart, as you too maybe.

First two pairs lines 065 and 066, skip two pairs, lines 067 White Slate,SlateWhite and 068 RedBlue,BlueRed

If this ( is the chart you are looking at, it threw me off, too. I think it has been updated/corrected now. I'm pretty sure this was the one I used just last week for my BCM50 install, and it then showed wht/grn and wht/brn for lines 067 & 068. Pairs 5 and 6 (Wht/slate & red/blu) are correct.
