Happy New Year All!!

Is there a way to shorting the rings of a target line before it hands off to my IVR? I have 6 rings now, I want to chg it to half that (3).

What kind of IVR is it? does it not say when to pick up the line like the BCM's Callpilot would?

There is a DRT setting but that is system wide.

Thank you, I found in my reading too that maybe it is the DRT I may need to change. I will see if this does it for my client. Thank you Curlycord for your help.

Odds are it's like curley was pointing to, in your IVR settings you should be able to tell the system how many rings before it answers the line.

Ok I will make sure I look at that too. Once I the specifics on where the problem is.
