I have a customer with 3 locations. Their carrier (XO) has installed a MPLS circuit at the main location which carries all of the DID's for the 3 locations. I have set up 4 digit dialing between the locations and that is working well, although when I program a target line on one of the remote sets to receive the DID digits it rings to receptionist. I set the target line as DN and the receive digits to private receive. Please Advise.

Thanks,

PDL

I don't think that they have the keycodes I will have to check. They are not all on the same release.

Thanks,

PDL

If you don't have MCDN then you have to use the Public Received digits in the target lines to direct the calls.
