Hi, I have installed a customers BCM50 in uk taxi office with 6 PRI channels on the PRI unit and 1 analog line on a GATM8. he wants all 6 PRI lines and the 1 analog line to ring on all 6 terminals, but only the first dn rings, what am I doing wrong? any help appreciated, dave.

You have to program the other sets to ring or ring and appear. Are calls being answered by the auto attendant?

You can't allocate PRI channels on a telephone. You can with the analog line. You need to build target lines that match the incoming DISA, and then you can have Line Appearance.

I went back onsite yesterday and programmed target lines 125 - 130 onto each dn ( 8880 - 8885 ) with multiple appearances and with answer dn keys on each phone for all other dn's.
I finally got the other phones to ring when I made the intercom key enhanced ( after looking in help file ).
My problem now is that though the provider is supplying 6 channels, system only rings in on 3 lines before giving subsequent callers busy tone.
I seem to be getting there, but slowly!

Thanks for the help, it definitely is working to a point but am i setting the target lines up correctly?
They have 3 channels on 505050, 2 on 505051 and one on 505052 so do I need to allocate 3 target lines on 505050 to each phone, 2 target lines on 505051 to each phone etc.?
Also will I have to allocate each phone with 6 intercom keys for the target lines?
Do I make them appear and ring or ring only?
They are only I/C only apart from the analog line.

I'd set all the target lines to ring only and then give each phone as many intercom buttons as is feasible considering which feature buttons you need. Each intercom is a voice path to the BCM, so with 6 target lines I'd allow 6 intercoms.
