BCM50 using Expansion Module

Can you use the Digital Expansion module and put it on the network on the other side of the wharehouse or does it need to be next to the main unit?

They are using a radio ant to extend the network 200ft. I guess once they install it I can test it out. Is there any setting I need to put in the main unit.

There is also extender units you can purchase for Norstar modules if need.
