Can you use a Callpilot 100/150 with the BCM50 or do you have to use the in skin one. Customer wants to save a little$$$.

Thanks

why. the call pilot is built in to the bcm50.

WORK SMART NOT HARD

It only came with 1 vmail seat and would like to save the money not to buy keycodes. It should work if its using digital station correct?

You cannot turn the embedded Callpilot in the BCM50 off.

I know you can disable the service but I am curious how this will work.

On a reboot of the BCM the service will come back on. Plus the feature codes?

Heh heh, this should be interesting. :)

Even though this is not the BCM forum, be sure to let us know what happens if you try that Sammy because I think it's safe to say that we're ALL ears on this one!

If you do get it to work, you might wanna try powering everything down for a minute or so, as if to simulate a power interruption, and then do a simultaneous reboot of both systems followed by a bunch of test calls before you sign off on it.
