We have a BCM50 that was running Rls 2 , last night we upgraded to Rls 6 and cannot get to CallPilot through the browser but we can access it by the phone. We also are seeing network issues with it under IP Subsystem it doesnt show anything. We have upgraded Elmement Manager and the version of Java. Any help would be great..Thanks Bruce

If you are using Windows 7, try windows xp mode, then downloading and installing element manager from the BCM in xp mode. I've seen some funnies (such as line monitor in BCM monitor) using windows 7.

regards
paul

Running XP now , not on Windows 7 yet

Your symptoms are definitely EM related. What version do you have now? Mine is from an R6 system and it is version 62.0.0

There might even be a newer one out now but you can easily tell. Your desktop icon should say Avaya (not Nortel) and when you open it, it also says Avaya. If it doesn't, you should probably uninstall the one you have and re-install it from the Application Launcher. Make sure you save your entries by saving your file first though unless you want input them all again.

help->About, will give you the current BEM version.

paul

Opened a ticket with Avaya and found this is a common problem with the Host Stack. They have to go in through the Password of the day and reset access levels and all is clear. Thanks Bruce
