BCM50 Unified messaging with "off site outlook"

My customer is trying to implement unified messaging, but his Outlook and other Microsoft office applications are hosted on an offsite Citrix server. The hosting service will not let him load the Unified Messaging client on their server.

Does anyone know of a way to setup an account in the "offsite Outlook" that will pull the messages from the BCM? Or any other solution?

Iknow UM works great when loaded on a local PC and intergrating with outlook, but have never encountered this issue.
