BCM50 to CS1000S no CDR Records

hi, i have six bcm50 using h323 trunking connect to CS1000S
i have a error whit the CDR when the user make a call from bcm50 using the CS1000S i don't have the cdr data example

N 056 00 A100001 A000046 12/02 09:03:05 00:00:10.0 A290013057293084

i have the CDR=YES on the RDB
and INC=yes

what more i have to check ?

INC=YES
OAL=YES
